 Pathways Hybrid Support, Virtual Services & Classroom Enrollment

Pathways offers a hybrid approach to support and education, giving seekers the opportunity to participate through virtual services, classroom learning, or a combination of both, depending on the program and their individual circumstances.

Virtual Services provide access to educational materials, scheduled virtual sessions, resources, and support from a safe and accessible environment. Virtual participation can help reduce barriers such as transportation, scheduling, or distance.

Classroom Enrollment provides an in-person learning environment where participants can engage directly with instructors, participate in structured activities, and build connection with other participants when appropriate.

Hybrid Support connects these two approaches. A participant may receive some services virtually while attending designated classroom sessions, allowing Pathways to maintain continuity of education and support.

The goal is not simply to offer different ways to attend. The goal is to create a pathway that keeps the seeker connected to learning, safety education, personal development, and support.

Pathways also recognize that safety and privacy come first. Participation arrangements should be determined according to the individual's circumstances, program requirements, and available resources.
